Same Old Same Old!
Unfortunately I am sick yet again and it is affecting my work out time and my eating. I hate that every time I am prepared to kick butt by working out that I get incredibly sick. Ughh! Oh well though. That is life and so I have been careful about what I am eating and need to at least get some kind of exercise in. I apologize for not commenting on blogs. I hope to do better these last few weeks.

for me, when i was sick, tracking was key. i didn't have much of an appetite so i knew i wasn't gaining, but once my appetite kicked in, i tracked. also during the two weeks i was on walking restrictions only, i tracked. it has really what has got me to my goal in the last 6 weeks or so! i just started exercising last week (twice) and this week (yesterday). hope the rest of your december is GREAT!
