I am going to recommit myself to a better routine both eating and exercising. I have fallen off the wagon if you will. I have allowed stress and life to budge there way into my life and well I am attempting to kick them out and just focus and things that are important and meaningful to me and my family.
I know this will be a good week, even though I have so many stressors. I am in charge of my reactions and responses and I will conquer!!!!

Recommitting is a great idea. We've all had to stop and recommit during this process. Good Luck!
I agree, we have all had moments where we needed to recommit,and reasses where we want to be and whats important. The mental commitment is key to acheiving these goals!
I love that attitude! You should try kickboxing - that will help with kicking those bad habits out! Seriously, Shannon goes to a kickboxing class and she totally loves it - says it is an awesome workout. lol Hey, good luck this week. I know I am trying to get control again too. We CAN do it!!!!
Awesome. I have banished the phrase fallen off the wagon from my life. I will stumble (and do a lot) but falling means that I am down and out until I pick myself up. If I stumble, its a small pause until I get back at it!!
I'm in the same boat - why do we let stress take over us? grrr!
