NEED MOTIVATION PLEASE!!

I am usually pretty good and self-starting and self-validating BUT not right now. I need some help. I am in an emotional lull and need some cheer leading. I don't usually ask for help but I do need some. I am so grateful to have this competition to rely on and am grateful for the girls that started it. I needed this. I hope everyone else is doing well and is staying healthy. I am not slacking very much if at all on my eating but my exercising is suffering. Okay so I guess I am done rambling.

ADIOS!!

Think about how good you are going to feel when you work out. Just get past the first workout. Get up and just do it and reap the rewards. I know you can. I believe!!!

Hey Sarah, I was just thinking about your totally positive attitude! The exercise is a little more difficult with the cold weather. I've got a tread mill at the house if you want to come use it - Aiden can hang out and play with toys. It's fine with me. Hang in there - you look awesome (just ask my boys lol).

Who are we kidding, exercise is not any fun. I don't even feel good when I am working at. I stare at the time and distance on my treadmill and break it into small chunks so that I can have little goals that I reach. My husband totally laughs at me because he thinks that it is hilarious. He asks me why I don't put a towel over the timer, but I like to stare at the timer as it counts down. I do however feel fantastic AFTER I get home and showered. It is a nice sense of accomplishment to know that I took the time and did it. The only thing that gets me on my trail, or the treadmill some days is to schedule it into my day like an appointment, I may moan and groan about it, and some days my husband laughs at me from bed as I am getting up and ready to go to the gym (which is totally unfair). I guess my point is that I have a hard time with it too, and my stupid nike+ sensor lets everyone know if I have or have not worked out for the day, so if I cheat, everyone knows. I know I haven't really said anything motivating. Sorry, but if you can find a way to work it into your schedule and are consistent with it, it gets easier to make yourself go. Hope you week goes well, and you are able to find something that works for you!!!!!! ;-)

It can definitely be hard to just get up and do an exercise. I have my jillian michaels video and some days i sit and think about putting it in for an hour before i do where if i would have just done it to begin with i could have already been done.. lol.. point being, it's always gonna be a challange, but push yourself, it will totally be worth it and you are not alone.
