Well this week is going well. I am recouping from my illness and doing quite well. I am running and enjoying it. I am extremely tired though which is showing in my physical exertion. I did not sleep well or very much the week and a half I was sick and I am still making up sleep. I did run 3.6 miles this week without stopping and in 35 minutes. I was pretty impressed with myself and I was happy to finally be running. My eating is going well still but I am sure I could be doing better and am looking into tweaking it a bit so I can see more changes. I lack an adequate food budget so it is hard for me to justify some things but we always have fresh fruit and veggies.
My goal this month is to loose a pound a week. I will have to work hard and be diligent but I KNOW I can do it because I am in the mind frame to get my tush in gear. I hope everyone is doing well and not getting too discouraged. I apologize for not commenting as regularly as I was before. School is nearing its end and life is busy and crazy. I will attempt to get to it this weekend.

We can always do better, but as long as you are trying your best that is what counts. It sucks that real life gets in the way of what we really want to do. Push through it, a pound a week is totaly obtainable and I know you can do it.

i can't believe you can run so soon after being sick! kudos! i want to get to the gym, but know my body isn't ready yet! good luck with your weight loss goals this month! i know you can do it!
