What can I say? I am a bit stressed about all my finals next week and know looking back I will probably wonder why I was BUT I am anyway. I was stressed this week in preparation for this next week. I am praying that finals go well and I can just get it done. Food has been both my friend and my enemy this week. I ate fairly well, when I look at the week as a whole but had some bad choice intermingled with the good. I did get on the scale this morning and was down from last weigh-in so that is good.
I am sorry for my ramblings but I am a bit stressed out. I am grateful for a wonderful husband and father(he is a professor) who have supported me tremendously this semester. My goal for the month is to lose 2.5 lbs. I know that it is not a huge number but I being realistic for me. I hope that I can manage through my stress and NOT eat poorly and find some success.
I hope everyone has a good month and doesn't get discouraged. Life does not get any easier.
