So.....

So I am not doing the best with everything but doing something with as much as I can. I am not eating great BUT not terrible. I actually lost most of the weight that I gained at the end of the last competition. This is good. I am just unmotivated and I attribute it to my busy schedule and how tired I am. I am really having a hard time getting out of bed and doing much more than living.
I am determined not to gain back all that I lost and am still determined to maintain and hopefully lose some more.
I really need to get back on the work-out horse and hopefully after this week I can do it.

Sometimes you've just got to step back and breath in the DAY! Worry about how you are going to get everything done TODAY and move on to tomorrow when it comes around. I know how much you love exercise. Make time for it. Even if you are just doing 20 minutes Jillian Michaels shreds in your basement, you will be getting the exercise you need! And of course... if you really don't have time.. make healthy food choices and you will continue to see results! :o)

I just did a 10 minute workout from the Biggest Loser 30 day jumpstart. I figured I could do 10 minutes and it kicked my behind. I do feel better having done it though. I know how hard it is to start. Good luck! Elise (my sister) told me that you and she are good friends. I'm rooting for you!!!

i totally hear you on being exhausted after work. it's all i can do to get through my evening let alone find time to work out. i have mostly been just working on my nutrition and i'm down about 6.8 lbs. seriously that is with almost no exercise. So hang in there and focus on your eating. when you're super busy remember that what you put in your mouth is something you control.
