So I thought that I would journal my progress this week relative to the challenge. So I will be blogging everyday this week to track how well I am doing.
I drank about 50 fl. oz. Let me tell you I felt like a fish and I went tinkle ALL night. That sucked. I guess I need to cut off the liquids after 5 or so.
Portions. I did really well until I was making dinner and just "mindlessly" ate some sauce and pasta while I was cooking. BUT I did realize eventually and stopped and had good portions when I did eat.
Rock my Pecs Let me just say I am always rocking my pecs!!!!
Exercise Well I worked out for the 1st time in weeks. I did Tae-Bo and it felt GREAT!
Diet Plan I don't have a specific diet or eating plan but I did follow what I know.
I am proud of me and hoping today, Tuesday, will go well. Good luck ladies and gents!

doesn't it feel good to work out! after not doing it for a while when i start again i often think just that. then i wonder why the heck i didn't make time for it everyday. i think i let life get in the way. good for you for going at it!!! Good luck this month
