Tuesday was a pretty great day for me; here's the run-down....
Water 64 fl. oz. I drank nearly all of it before 3 pm to prevent peeing ALL night.
Portions I did great. I am proud of myself because this is NOT a strong point for me.
Exercise Awesome! I ran 2.8 miles and walked a bit too. I made it just barely 30 mins.
Diet Plan I followed my diet plan right up until I had a late evening, last minute get together with some dear friends. Although, even then I only ate a small portion.
Way to go ME! Keep it up!

Way to go!!! That is super awesome. Portions are so hard to control. Today I totally over did it on lunch but thankfully my lunch was a huge salad. That is my indulgence - all the veggies I can eat. That way I am the good kind of bad.
