Day 3--Wednesday

Wednesday was NOT my day but it wasn't as bad as it could be.

Water 4o fl. oz. not sure my body needs soo much water...:)

Portions Fair to Moderate

Exercise Biggest Loser DVD-30 mins. I am SO out of shape!

Diet Plan Umm not so good today. I craved and succumbed quite a bit. I had a bit of a candy bar, a bit of some ice cream and some french fries. I don't know but once I ate it I regretted it.

So lesson for the day: Keep on truckin' and tomorrow is a new day!

When you cheat, use it as a lesson learned. Pick up and move forward again.

yeah, I hate those days too - I always feel sick afterward. makes me wonder why I crave it in the first place. LOl Good luck this month/
