I have a lot more ups and downs this last week with eating, working out, and my overall health but I am still moving forward. I am sick yet again and working on getting healthy again. I am running the local Turkey Trot and I am thrilled but a little apprehensive because I haven't run in few days. I hope it goes well.
I have not eaten as well as I should but not as bad as I could have either. I am still hanging on to my goal to lose a pound a week and hope even to get past that. I am telling myself to be good with my eating up until Thanksgiving and then I can just eat on Turkey Day or if I don't eat well leading up to tomorrow I will still have to be choosy on the Big Day. I am happy but not content and hope to become even stronger physically and mentally. I KNOW I can do this. Self-discipline takes practice and sometimes that practice takes a LOOONG time and well that's fine!

I second Ellura! sounds like you and i are having the same kind of month. but still we're moving forward and that's the important part. Can't wait to gobble up my turkey dinner! I hope you have a great Thanksgiving and that you finish of this month strong!
